# Backup y Protección de datos

El entorno se protege con copias para que, ante un problema, puedas recuperar los datos a un punto anterior.

### Qué se protege

Las copias cubren los discos de los servidores del entorno: el sistema, los perfiles de los usuarios y los datos de trabajo. Es la base para volver atrás si algo sale mal.

### Restauración

Si una actualización falla, alguien borra lo que no debía o entra un ransomware, restauras desde una copia a un punto anterior y recuperas el estado bueno del entorno.

> Una copia te permite volver a un punto anterior, pero no evita la interrupción mientras restauras. Es tu red de seguridad, no un mecanismo de alta disponibilidad.
