# Compartición externa

Puedes compartir archivos o carpetas con personas de fuera mediante un enlace, sin darles un usuario del entorno.

### Opciones del enlace compartido

| Opción             | Para qué                                              |
| ------------------ | ----------------------------------------------------- |
| Contraseña         | Que no baste con tener la URL para abrir el contenido |
| Fecha de caducidad | Que el acceso se cierre solo al pasar el plazo        |

### Buenas prácticas

* Pon **caducidad** siempre que el acceso sea temporal, para no dejar enlaces vivos olvidados.
* Añade **contraseña** cuando el contenido sea sensible, y hazla llegar por un canal distinto al del enlace.
* Comparte la **carpeta** en vez de archivos sueltos cuando vayas a entregar varios documentos, y retira el enlace cuando ya no haga falta.
