# Personnalisation

Vous pouvez présenter le service sous votre propre Marque, afin que vos clients accèdent à un environnement avec votre identité et non à un environnement générique.

C'est l'un des leviers qui vous différencie en tant que Partenaire.

### Ce que vous pouvez personnaliser

| Domaine    | Votre propre domaine d'accès, configuré par CNAME      |
| Logo       | Votre logo dans l'interface                            |
| Couleurs   | La palette de l'interface, en accord avec votre Marque |
| Favicon    | L'icône visible dans l'onglet du navigateur            |
| Certificat | Le Certificat SSL du domaine personnalisé              |

### Le Certificat, sous contrôle

Lorsque vous configurez votre domaine par CNAME avec son Certificat SSL, le service vous avertit avant que le Certificat n'expire, afin que vous le renouveliez à temps et que l'accès ne soit pas interrompu.

> Accéder à « Fichiers.votreClient.com » avec votre logo, et non à un domaine générique, renforce votre position de fournisseur. 
>
> La Personnalisation n'est pas esthétique : elle fait partie de la façon dont le Client perçoit que le service est le vôtre.
