# Cópia de segurança e Proteção de dados

O ambiente é protegido com cópias de segurança para que, perante um problema, possas recuperar os dados para um ponto anterior.

### O que é protegido

As cópias de segurança cobrem os discos dos servidores do ambiente: o sistema, os perfis dos utilizadores e os dados de trabalho. É a base para voltar atrás se algo correr mal.

### Restauro

Se uma atualização falhar, alguém apaga o que não devia ou entra um ransomware, restauras a partir de uma cópia de segurança para um ponto anterior e recuperas o estado correto do ambiente.
