# Estados e incumprimentos de pagamento

### Estados de uma fatura

Na lista de faturas, cada fatura mostra o seu estado. Os que verás habitualmente são:

* **Pago** — a fatura foi cobrada corretamente.
* **Não pago** — a fatura não foi cobrada e está pendente de regularização.

### O que acontece se uma fatura ficar por pagar

Uma fatura não paga não é apenas informativa: se não for regularizada, pode resultar na **suspensão** do serviço e, se se mantiver, na sua **cancelamento**.

Mesmo com uma fatura pendente, manténs o acesso necessário para **regularizar**: podes entrar no teu perfil e nos teus métodos de pagamento para resolver a cobrança.
